  • 1. Press shop founded in 1990 and the total area is 6400 square meter.
       
    2. The purpose for the Press Shop is to build up the core technology, quick response for body quality, higher control on product cost and to meet the market requirement elastically.

      c. Die Changing time: Average 3 minutes/shift
         
    (2) Hemming line:
      a. Ultra sonic & optical scan for measuring spot quality for the parts like in Door, Hood, and Tail Gate
      b. High Frequency Induction Hardening System.
      c. Robot HEM technology.
      d. Jig Automatic Switching System.
      e. Max Capacity: 60 pcs/ hour.
      f. Die changing time: 5 minutes/ shift.

      b. MITSUBISHI Brand: LANCER FORTIS, FREECA, SAVRIN(GRANDIS), COLT PLUS, ZINGER, DELICA, OUTLANDER, GRUNDER(GALANT)

      d. Totally 127 parts and 427dies
         
    (2) Hemming line:
      a. MITSUBISHI Brand: LANCER FORTIS, FREECA, SAVRIN(GRANDIS), COLT PLUS, ZINGER, DELICA, OUTLANDER, GRUNDER(GALANT)
      b. CMC Brand: VERYCA
      c. Total: 59 parts(door and tailgate), 58 dies
